Nagios ndomod not loading

Run the following commands, and show us the output:

/usr/local/bin/ndomod-3x.o -c /usr/local/nagios/etc/ndo2db.cfg
tail -20 /var/log/messages

Here is the output.

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Well, there is your problem.
Can you rebuild ndo from source and post the configure and compile log?
