Custom View/Quick View Help

Hi all, I need some direction here. I want to create 2 new views to fall under the 'Quick View' on the left pane.

View #1 Dev NOC Alerts ( this should contain all service problems within a dev container, warning/critical/unknown)---basically want the NOC to ignore these alerts until the documentation and thresholds are nailed down

View #2 Prod NOC Alerts ( this should contain all service problems within a prod container, warning/critical/unknown)

Is there anyway for me to customize the filters and have these show in the quick views?

Nevermind...can't modify it as far as I can tell.

You can probably add the "Custom URL Dashlet" to a dashboard and use something like this:

http://server-ip-address/nagiosxi/inclu ... ustypes=28

It's not going to be in the Quick View, but on a dashboard...
