Nagvis - Problems create new users

Hi I am using Nagios XI 2012R2.9, with offloading DataBase.

I just change the configuration file to access my external DB, and it is working fine, but when we add new users to see the maps, they did not gain access
I am use NAGVIS, with nagiosadmin user I can connect, but when we try to add a new user and passoword they seens that is created, but I can access the NAGVIS using the user and passoword.

Any ideias?

You will need to add auth for a new user through Nagvis, there are a number of documents that can help with this:

You can also do this through the "User Menu" inside of nagvis..
