If you could also check to see if the configurations for those services can be found in the /usr/local/nagios/etc/services directory. We need to see if the services are actually getting written to the configuration files. Thanks.

I do not receive any errors related to file permissions when using the write config tool nor are there any errors in the Config Manager Log.
I tried using the reset_config_perms script just a precaution, but that did not help either.

I'm filling out a bug report for this. Could you tell me the following details so we have a documentation of what systems are experiencing this?
Linux Distro?
32 or 64bit?
Manual install or our official VM?
Any special modifications from a typical install?
Is a proxy being used?

Would you be able to do a remote session for this? We would need a browser logged into XI and the CCM, as well as shell/putty access to the XI server. Let us know if that's an option and we'll send you an invitation at the beginning of next week.

I sent you a PM with a schedule of when we're available. We'll try and take a look this week if you're available.

I was tracing my way through the Apply Configuration process, and I was wondering if you can check to see if you have anything in your /usr/local/nagios/etc/import directory. Check for hidden files as well.
