Using a JPG it works fine.

Hmm. I may not have a resolution for this. The png you are using may not be fully up to spec/damaged, or fpdf may have less robust support for pngs. Is using the jpg a reasonable option?

In addition to this - I just tested my test XI with a custom logo and didn't have any issues with creating PDFs. abrist has a point - the problem may be with the png that you are using. Could you send it to me via PM, so that we can test it in house?

Using a JPG instead of a PNG is fine for me - beside that I sent the logo to lmitchev via PM.

I tried the png on my test box and didn't have any issues creating PDFs. So the issue is not in the png file as far as I can tell. We will have to do some more digging into this.
