If you are a verified reseller you should have a license already available for you, please contact [email protected] regarding this and you will not need to reinstall.

You are write we have given one Licence which we are planning to install in one of the dedicated server , but i have installed nagios in my linux laptop and it got expired so i though of re-installing it again.
As you said it wont be possible in the current linux machine.

While we do try to support issues that arise during installations, if the guidelines are not followed there is not too much we can do but suggest to re-install following those guidelines. It is also never recommended to re-install nagios xi on a system that had it previously installed since fragments of the files and the existence of a database will cause quite a few issues as you have seen in your tickets with us.
