Can you send a custom notification, then send me a PM with a copy of your:

/var/log/maillog
And your profile.zip, Admin > System Profile > Download

I'd like to see if your server is sending the mail out. Have you or your users made any modifications to the notification handlers?

Edit: Was unable to find any conclusive configuration issues with the above information.

Logs show the messages being sent. Service notifications are still being received, but not host notifications. Bumped for visibility.
