We need to see what I asked above, all of the errors you are receiving, though they all may say duplicate we need the names of the objects that are missing. That way, we can better craft a solution.

So looked at the /usr/local/nagios/etc/services and have a current_load.cfg and the localhost.cfg (which has the current_load also)

Please, follow the slansing's recommendation:

Can you show us the errors you get when running the write config tool?

Configure > CCM > Tools > Write Config Tool "Click the buttons from top to bottom"

You need to fix the config errors first, before you can apply configuration successfully.
