My graph information doesn't seem to be updating now?!?! The graphs seem to stop at the time I made the changes.

What is your current load, and the load threshold in the npcd configuration? You can also set debug to 1 in the npcd config and check the nagios log or /var/log/messages, i think they both contain it.

I restarted nagios service and now

1.) My /var/nagiosramdisk/spool/perfdata/ is quickly filling up with files
2.) In /var/nagiosramdisk/ the files host-perfdata and service-perfdata are bothing growing and schrinking reularly now.
3.) Still see no data in the graphs

I think I am good now.

I stopped and restarted these services:
nagios
ndo2db
npcd

For changes to php.ini, apache will need to be restarted to make the changes stick:
