The System Profile component should have an update available. Update that then PM the full profile.zip, as opposed to the profile.txt that your current version provides.

Current Version : System Profile 1.0 where as on website it is the same no update is there for System Profile component.

The version on the site is 1.1, even though it is listed as 1.0; I will see if I can get this updated. Please download and install the new component and PM the profile.zip.

That... is scary. The guy who wrote that is in a remote session at the moment, but I can ask him about it in a bit.

In the meantime, can you unzip it and see what's inside? Maybe take a screenshot of it unzipped, or of a big chunk of files/directories inside?

806 MB file size doesn't seem right... Do you have a large install? How many hosts/services?

System Profile
Total Hosts: 144
Total Services: 4765

FYI
After updating to System Profile Component to 1.1 i got 806MB before it was version 1.0.

Turns out the problem might have been staring us in the face the whole time. You're on 2011R3.3, and the latest release is 2012R2.7. Several fixes have been made since then, specifically related to "ghost hosts" and service issues. An upgrade is likely your best option here.

Is there any function of NagiosXI in which one can add 1 services for multiple host instead of adding same services for N number of hosts

for example: there are 20 servers and all server has common service say explorer.exe OR sshd which we want to monitor.

Those both sound like the same thing to me. If you want to configure a single service and apply it to multiple hosts, you can accomplish this simply by selecting the hosts/hostgroup the service is attached to in the XI interface.

Have you given any thought to upgrading Nagios XI as I suggested in my previous post?
