Do you see the configurations in the Core Config Manager? Did you make sure to run through the write config tool after importing so the configurations are moved to the database?

Yes, I have done all of this.

Can you apply configuration successfully? Run the Write Config Tool again and try to apply configuration if there are no errors.

Ok, I have just done it again and there were no errors just warnings (in which the document says they can be ignored).

So, you were able to apply configuration, correct? Do you see the imported hosts/services in the web UI?

No, all I see is one of the host groups.

Is there a way that support can do a secure meeting or remote into my machine so that we can get this server functioning properly?

It looks like you do have support, but there are a couple things we need to have done before we do a remote:
1.) You'll need to be added on as an approved contact. Talk to your company's contact who set things up initially; they will need to make the request to our sales team to have your specific email added
2.) In addition to having your email added, ask our sales department to add you to our customer support forum.
3.) You will need to open up a support ticket using your approved email. In the ticket please describe as accurately as you can what the problem is and what you have tried so far. I know it seems redundant, but it really does help having everything in one place.

I am working on having my email added, but I have already been added to the customer support forum.

Ah it appears you are, we assumed you were not since you were you were posting in the general forum. As tmcdonald said, once we get a ticket in, we can get moving on a remote!
