Sorry that i have to reply from this user but here is what iv got when using "check_command check_dummy!0" and "parents localhost" ... any way i have to try installing NagVis.

You want to make groups of your devices children of the dummy to move them farther out on the map rings.

Sorry I didnt get this. To make group of the children hosts ... because for now i have this: The blue icons (router icon) they all in group and they all have this
hostgroups router-bp
check_command check_dummy!0
parents localhost
The others are Servers and i didnt touch them :) ....

What you need to do is create additional hosts between your switches, and your nagios server so that they help to extend your map out further. As abrist noted, you will need to use parent-child relationships here.

I see now. You would have to create more groups and child them in order to clean this view up more. Nagvis may be a better option.
