No the IP address are static, they are not changing, just the name of the host.
For example this was before change
define host{
use bp-rt
host_name Router005 PE005
alias Router005
display_name Router PE005
address 172.10.50.1
_SNMPCOMMUNITY community
contacts Ivan
}
and here i change the host_name to "IndustrialRouter PE005" nothing else. Also in the services if the name was still Router005 PE005 i change that to. Just the name ... everything else was and it is the same.
The only thing here im changing and doing is the snmpt ... im trying to integrate SNMPTT with nagios and when ever i start this process all over again i have problem like this. i think something with the snmp making this difficult or something i dont know ...

So you are saying the mail stops when snmptt is started, or the mail for these hosts\snmptt services stop? An FYI, the hostname must match the dns name that is provided via snmptt.

Well i think was the snmptt problem but seems now that it is not that. Im still not receiving mails for the routers. Im receiving mails from other hosts like windows servers antennas and etc... but not from the routers. all routers. End the changes i made, was just on them ... i was changing the host_name

Does the "Ivan" contact receive emails from other objects?

Yes it does .... servers antennas switches etc ... and interesting part is that before i change the routers name ( im talking about host_names and names was numbers like Router001, Routerxxx) it works ok and for some routers we dont have names and we leave them as number. For Router050 typically i have receiving mails ( and this router i have not change his host_name) but all others i dont. I remove the nagiosadmin mail contact to see if that making some problems but no still the same. I think some how the nagios is stuck /stick with this routers by changing the names. On every change i made the routers status went to pending ( like adding new hosts ) and then OK or Warning or critical ....
And some how now iv got mail from one of the CHANGED HOSTS ... but one not exactly what is going on here. Its like Nagios angry on me

some times he send some times he does not. And i swear to good i didnt cheat
And today iv got nothing .,... and im sure i have minimum 5 routers down ...

Is it possible because the name of the hosts that iv added/change are with space ? Before they were like "Router001" now they are "Router NAME PE001" end similar ?
