I have a similar issue. Running CentOS6.5 on a Rackspace hosted server

This is the final error we get

What do I need to do to fix this? The site does appear to be functioning fine, but I presume the last few tidy ups have not finished.

What do I do from here?

I've manually restarted both nagios and httpd. I've looked at the final checks and things seem to pass.
I can login and the interface and systems seem fine.
I would say it's only the templates that haven't been updated.

@christian_oracle - As this thread has actually had several errors reported by different people, could you please post the error you are receiving?

Does your system utilize a proxy?
