Add the following line (the one in red) to the "/etc/sudoers.d/nna_conf" file:
Defaults:%nnacmd !requiretty

Host_Alias HOST = localhost

Cmnd_Alias LIST = /sbin/iptables --list
Cmnd_Alias SAVE = /etc/init.d/iptables save
Cmnd_Alias UPDATE = /sbin/iptables -I INPUT -p udp -j ACCEPT --dport *
Cmnd_Alias DAEMON = /usr/local/nagiosna/bin/nagiosna *

%nnacmd ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD:LIST
%nnacmd ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD:SAVE
%nnacmd ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD:UPDATE
%nnacmd ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD:/bin/kill *
%nnacmd ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD:DAEMON
Let me know if this fixed your issue.

I went ahead and added that line, still not populating the graphs...should I be restarting any services?

No, you don't have to. I may take some time though. Are you seeing "No Data Available" for all of your sources or just for WAN routers?

I have only 3 sources populated right now, one RHEL box and 2 WAN routers...I'll wait it out, thanks for your help.

Great, let us know if it's non populated, give it about an hour, though it should be populated before then.

How many sources didn't get populated? You are not trying to send netflow data from different sources to the same port, are you? From the Nagios NA web interface, click on each source->Edit, and verify the senders IP and the listening port.

WAN router 1 port: 6005
WAN router 2 port: 6014
RHEL Server: 16390

I suppose, the 3 sources that are populated are the ones you listed...
WAN router 1 port: 6005
WAN router 2 port: 6014
RHEL Server: 16390
Is this correct?

If it is, what are the sources that don't get populated? What are the ports that are set up on these sources?

Might not be answering your question, but I'm attaching 3 screen shots.
