No they are all at different sites with different subnet.

Some are on normal internet some are on satellite link.

Is there any notable difference in configuration on that one server which is throwing errors? Anything you might have changed on a filesystem level, maybe some changed PHP settings, an edit to the nagios.cfg file?

On the "problematic" Nagios XI server, run the following command and show us the output:
