Is there any notable difference in configuration on that one server which is throwing errors? Anything you might have changed on a filesystem level, maybe some changed PHP settings, an edit to the nagios.cfg file?

On the "problematic" Nagios XI server, run the following command and show us the output:

ping <nagios fusion server's ip> -c 5

Solved in a remote, incorrectly defined server address.
