All kidding and joking aside, when I started working with nagios, I literally did not know any linux commands, nagios core, nothing. Reread my first posts, I didnt even know how to explain or describe the problem, let alone understand the answer. It is not easy to make the transition from a windows backgroung to Linux. The command line is a beast.
You guys took a lot of the sting and anxiety out of the steep learning curve that the nagios environment can be.

Sure, I can hook you up with a tastly lunch, but the flipside is you guys have enabled my to feed my family everyday. 'pree shee ate you mofos!

There's a lot of truth to the "Teach a man to fish" saying, and it's awesome to know that we've had a positive impact. If I might make a slight change:

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he might one day send you a fish pizza out of the blue.
