Thanks for your suggestion.
Going for commercial product is always a better option. But I am still wanted to find out the solution for this issue.
I have checked in the apache error log, but there is nothing in the error log.
I was trying to find out the command which NagiosQL run once i click on 'Restart Nagios - Do it'' button by looking into the code 'verify.php' file.
But i was unable to find that.
Can you please help me out with below question.
1. What is the command used by NagiosQL to restart the Nagios engine or what is the process NagiosQL following to restart the Nagios?

The solution is the problem:
- this is where you *should* go for NagiosQL help. We here at Nagios didn't develop NagiosQL and are not NagiosQL experts. And of course the problem - those forums are clearly not active, nonetheless I think you should post there and see if anyone answers.

Here is what I can offer - if you're not seeing any errors in your apache log then something is broken with your NagiosQL installation right? If verify.php was tossing errors that should show up in apache's error log and if verify.php wasn't found it would show up as 404 in the access log. It sounds like neither of those things are happening for you so maybe something just isn't completely installed or working right? At the end of the day the logs are all you have to work with...

Can you please suggest me the best open source front-end configuration tool for Nagios & which has active forum support.

Considering we have Nagios XI as a commercial front-end to Core, we do not provide support for third-party configuration frontends.
