Is this with the users that work and those who do not? Or just the users who do not work? Have you tried (for testing) doubling up the users who do not work in the cgi.cfg, restarting nagios, and trying then? If so, what were the results? Is there any difference no matter how minute (AD auth, etc) between these users?

Both.

Yes. It makes no difference.

None of these users are AD users.

Have you modified any of the users/contacts' names? Have you checked if there are differences in the names (or casing) for these xi users and the corresponding contacts?
Admin->Manage Users
CCM->Contacts

There could be a few different causes for this, most likely dealing with the command pipe or a cron. Can you open a ticket up by sending an email to
[email protected] referencing this thread. We will fast track you to a remote.
