Verifiy Text alerts are sent from the Handler

Seems strange might be something with load balancing email requests...changed our smtp setting to a single ip address because dns is setup to load balance to two Cas servers ....all alerts are being received....we tested for about two hrs and no alerts were dropped.

Load balancing can be a bit tricky, yea. Cool that it's working though. I'm going to close this for now, but if the problem comes back let me know and I can re-open it.
