I sent you a PM, but it says it is in the Outbox, and show 0 for the sent items.

Things are stored in the Outbox until the receiver has opened it, at which point it gets moved to your Sent folder.

The way I did it was to remove all the contacts from the various services, and only put contact info for the hosts.
