That file only contains 2 checks. Something is very strange here.
Is you database offloaded?
Do you have support? Can we move this to a remote? (send an email to
[email protected])

Hi,
No it's on the same VM. And yes it's very strange.
Would it be possible to check the DB directly?
Maybe via a sql query to see if there is any entry which just not gets shown in the CCM.

It would be quickest if one of us came in and carefully poked around the database from a remote session. Is that not possible in your environment?
