I just tried to send an email to
[email protected], but was rejected. It appears I need to renew my support contact. Hopefully I can have one in place this week.

Sounds good, your ability to email in to open a ticket should be restored on that date. Unfortunately, the continued help through a remote session/ticket does require you to have a valid support contract.
