Did you set up your proxy, following the steps, outlined on our FAQ wiki page?

Did you set up the "Proxy Configuration" component?
Admin->Proxy Configuration->Enable Proxy For Update Checks=checked...
You didn't show us the output from running the "test.php" script...

Hi lmiltchev,
Without proxy I'm run the php but i'm not getting any output from this,
But with proxy only it showing output ,Please find the screenshot blow,

After you set up the proxy, have you tried going to Admin->Check For Updates->Check For Updates Now? What do you see now under the "License Information" section when you go to Admin->License Information?

Hi,
I have check the update but it failed. Also i'm remove the license and reactivate the same problem persist.
