My next steps, would be to either look at the device and see if the snmp tree can be opened up for viewing more, and secondly if I could not find it, I would contact the vendor and ask what OIDs or settings need to be used and changed to get this information.
Nagios-Plugins maintainer exclusively, unless you have other C language bugs with open-source nagios projects, then I am happy to help! Please pm or use other communication to alert me to issues as I no longer track the forum.
