This is broken on NNA 2014R1.9 running on CentOS 6.6 x64. None of the sources start when the NNA server is rebooted.
Any update on getting this fixed? This makes the product essentially useless.

Yes, please. Having the software run when the system starts is going to be a requirement for our customers when we sell it to them.

This will be resolved in the next release of Network Analyzer coming in a week or 2. Sorry for the delay.
