How often are these checks being scheduled by Core? The reason I ask is because it looks like you may just be doing a daily check of the device. Were you able to get it to return with a proper value once? Was it just one service check or were they all reporting correctly?

Thank you for your reply.

All switches/routers check interval is set for 5 minutes.

We dont get appropriate values. The values are to too low.

I tried it and got the following mail:

Can you email [email protected] requesting them to link your email address with your account. This will then allow you to email in a support ticket request.

FYI, it may take up to an hour after your email is added to our system, before you are actually able to send email to [email protected]. Let us know if your emails bounce back.

What was the resolution of this issue? We are seeing it as well, doing a simple monitor of a Cisco 2960 switch.
