Think I just figured out what will be good enough
If I enable "automatic login" for the user and then go to http://servername/nagiosxi/views/

Great, do you have any fleshed out ideas we could use for a feature request? If so, feel free to share!

well, I used Nagios at my last job, and at my current one.

At both places there is a large monitor that displays the current status of anything that might be amiss.
for Nagios Core, we kept it on https://servername/nagios/cgi-bin/statu ... ustypes=28
That way, at a glance, anybody can see any problems. (I've seen notifications forgotten to be turned back on)

One thing I would like to see is to possibly to be able to have a setting that would allow the admin to select a user, and have them only be able to see the 'view' page as a full screen without any other menus, etc.

I'm throwing my 2c in.

Some type of "monitoring wall" component that allows you to create a page comprised of other pages. Like a custom html page full of frames at fixed sizes. In one frame you might have views rotating, in another frame Nagvis.

It should give you a URL you can go to that does not allow interaction (can't click on anything).

I like this idea. Someone should open a feature request over at tracker.nagios.com for more visibility.

I've posted both JonnFli's comments and mine and linked it back to this post
