I was able to configure the Static IP using the link you provided. But when I access using the Nagios Address. I don't see the Nagios page.

I have attached the below screenshots.

That IP address you chose likely belongs to a Windows server, since IIS is the Microsoft HTTP server. Is there a network admin on your team who might be able to configure this for you?
