Stability Issues
Re: Stability Issues
We are running into problems again, we had made changes in the configuration but, it has been hanging and not completing though the GUI since Feb. 27th. We are receiving alerts but we are unable to change or change configurations within the GUI. I have a ticket open [Ticket#2015022510000037] Nagios XI Installation Profile, and have been trying get help, but have not received reply's since midday on the 27th. I don't know if they are being received. Could you look into this please.

Re: Stability Issues
syncbak,
We do have you in the ticketing system, however some of your E-mails haven't been getting attached to the case due to the subject line getting changed.
We're looking at it now. Definitely your problems now are more serious than they were when you first opened the ticket? One thing I noticed when I was reviewing the ticket notes and the command history you sent in is that it doesn't look like you've relocated/removed the contents of that import directory. Is that true?
I'll put a note in the case indicating that your system is unable to load any changes since the 27th and we'll get our eyes on it.
Thanks

Re: Stability Issues
No, the important thing with the ticketing system is that the subject line remains unchanged (other than the typical prepending with "re:" and such). I apologize for that, it's just a limitation of how the ticketing system handles communication. It works great - when it works
