Could you check the status of the ndo2db service and post the results back?
Run this in a console on the server in question.

I still haven't received the email, are you receiving any block messages or anything? Maybe your email system is blocking the attachment?

There is nothing in the logs indicating an issue with ndo2db.
Please post the output of the following command:
That problem indicator means that ndo2db is not running, we'll check it from the command line with the above command and go from there.
