You cannot do what you want to do. The setting that is enforcing the timeout currently is the global setting in the nagios.cfg. This cannot be altered for only a few checks.
It is possible to enforce timeouts on your other plugins that accept that parameter - but currently your problem isn't the plugin, it's the global option.
