Hello,

I deleted and recreated the service group, but only 6 of 7 sets of host service could be added. The 7th one I tried adding several times and each time the config change did not take, although no errors were reported. I then deleted the service group and created it again, this time only adding the services from that 7th group. When I selected the services to add and clicked "add" it showed them all twice in the "assigned" column, but I was able to save and update the configuration fine. Those services then showed up (once each) in the monitoring section. I could not add any other services to the service group, however. I deleted the service group and recreated it again, added the services for the 7th host, and before saving deleted one instance of each service from the "assigned" column, saved, applied the configuration, and had the same results - the services were in the service group, but I could not add any more services. Also, each service showed up twice in the "assigned" column again when I went to reconfigure. I'm not sure what to do next.

I believe we need to move this to our email ticketing system. Can you send us your latest profile at [email protected]? Put "Re: Host group and Service group configuration problems" in the subject field.

Admin->System Profile->Download Profile
