Is there any errors in the nsclient.log file in the client?
Can you check the ASA's log and see if that system is trying to connect to the Nagios XI system?
Did you edit the/etc/xinetd.d/nsca file on the XI systen and modify the only_from statement to include the IP addresses of client that are allowed to send data?
