SQL Database monitoring

Dear members. The check is working now. For some reason the SQL user was locked on that particular server.
Thank you for the help, I learned a lot about SQL and Nagios.

A few notes though. It seems like the check doesn't work with domain users and the check also doesn't seem to work when you specify the instance name.
You have to specify the port and leave the instance blank.

Nevertheless, I'm happy it's working now and this topic can be closed.
