lmiltchev I agree. However, there is merit to understanding how a component works in order to know if it is suited for your environment or not and this is best explained with an example as you have shown.

Also worth mentioning emartine - just because nagiosadmin can't make use of the alert cloud doesn't mean one of your executives for whom you only grant access to view a handful of hosts and services won't get a kick out of it.
As lmiltchev suggested, OK to lock?

Don't reply (not even to this post) - that way it doesn't resurface on our dashboard. As long as it doesn't resurface I can leave it open then maybe someone will come across it and contribute.
