Please visit the page and then tail your apache logs. They should be at /var/log/httpd/error_log

Instead of:

status.cgi
it should be

Code: Select all

cgi-bin/status.cgi
On lines 6, 11, 15

New map is cool, but it's very sensitive to client-side environment =(
Legacy map is better in this sense.

PC1: Windows 8.1:
- IE11 Flash 18,0,0,232 (flash 18,0,0,232) - working, but icons are not displayed
- Firefox 34.0.5 (flash 18,0,0,232) - not working
- Chorme 44.0.2403.157 (flash 18,0,0,232) - not working

PC2: Windows 8.1:
- IE11 (flash 18,0,0,232) - working, but icons are not displayed
- Firefox 40.0.2 (flash 18,0,0,232) - not working
- Chorme 44.0.2403.157 (flash 18,0,0,209) - not working

PC3: Windows 7 x64:
- IE11 (flash 17,0,0,188) - not working
- Firefox 30 (flash 17,0,0,169) - working perfectly

PC3: Windows XP SP3:
- IE8 (flash 18,0,0,232) - not working
- Firefox 28 (flash 18,0,0,232) - not working

Thank you for doing all the research on this one. We will poke around at it some today and see what we come up with as well. This is something that is going to have to go to the development team. To be clear, you never had these issues before 4.1.1?

No, I never had these issues befor. I upgraded Nagios many-many times and all times it was plain.

Turns out the view status is known to be broken currently, it is something that is going to need to be fixed. As far as the map not showing it, I have not been able to replicate it, with different browsers, flash enabled/disabled to get something meaningful to the devs. Can you take a screenshot or two of how it looks?

Sorry for slow response. Yes, I can make a few screens, but all screenshoots in all browsers are the same (see statusmap1.jpeg).
