Seems like NNA files are installed..

[root@lussvpnagiosxi00 local]# ls
bin etc games include lib lib64 libexec nagios nagiosmobile nagiosna nagiosxi nagvis nrdp nsis nsti sbin share src tripwire

Is it a better thought to uninstall NNA, it is not installed fully thought, could you please advise me how can I uninstall that.
[root@lussvpnagiosxi00 var]# ls
backend.log cmdsubsys.log
[root@lussvpnagiosxi00 var]# tail -20 cmdsubsys.log

Try doubling the /etc/php.ini settings to the following.

max_execution_time = 120
max_input_time = 180
memory_limit = 512M
Before we get too deep in on removing NA, lets check and see it it is running at all.
Please run the following in a shell and post the output back here.

Have doubled the parameters updated and recycled the services.

Does the Apply Config Finish now with the new changes?

The Network Analyzer services are not running so you can delete this file to stop the cron process for the NA system.

I didnt made any changes to HTTPD config files.

I tried installing NNA on the same server without checking on which server I am trying that install. And that failed because same instance cannot be installed on a single server. From that time I am facing this issue.
