Is there a reason you're setting your timeout to 1?

When you tried the walk did you set the timeout to 1? If not this is almost certainly an SNMP configuration problem on the device itself.

No specific reason for using 1 as the timeout... I re-ran the snmpwalk with a longer timeout and it still failed to respond. I'm also starting to think the router config needs an update.
