When you run a wizard and click on finish, does the screen say it is applying the configuration and does the following messages show up on the screen?
Code: Select all
Configuration applied successfully.
Your configuration changes have been successfully applied and the monitoring engine was restarted.

Can you please check the data and time of your Nagios XI server.
Admin > System Config > System Settings
and
Admin > System Config > System Profile (click "Show Profile" in XI 5 onwards).
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new
Privacy Policy .

Any other ideas? I'm starting to get some pressure on getting these config wizards functioning again.
