I thought this bug was already fixed but I could be wrong. I posted a new internal bug report about this issue (TASK ID 8297), which has been already fixed by our developers. It was just a "bogus" message. That problem was that that script was actually trying to remove a temp directory twice, which was causing the error, even though installation was working properly.
