I am Totally New with Switch and Nagios. i dont have the OID , if you can tell me where can i get it from MIB or somewhere ?

I assume you never installed the MIB for this switch? Do you happen to know if you have the MIB? If not, I can perhaps try to help you find it if you have the model number. Sometimes these are only provided to the actual customers though. Perhaps take a look at these third party blog post I found:

this is really Helpful of you.you are right I never installed any MIB for any switch. i have few Different switches here and i just got in this Company .
so i have switched which are mainly from HP and here is the Modle Number : HP ProCurve switch j8768A
if its nessaray i can also contact to the Hp or seller of the Switch.

HI Guys,
I have Found the Mib files In this Link but i couldnt Find the Specific Mib file and OId values for My Hp Switch to Check the Uptime.

can some one Help me , how can i load the MIB files to nagios and get the Uptime value for the Switch.

Can you output the SNMPWalk command vs the switch into a text file, and PM me the file to take a look at? Seeing the MIB doesn't help me a ton.
