It looks like when you're using the bulk modifications tool, ARG3 is being entered incorrectly.
You are entering:
-1 5, 80, 99
It should be:
-l 5,80,99
Please note that the proper argument is -l (L) not -1 (one). An easy enough mistake to make! Try using -l instead and let us know if that helps. Thanks!
