I have changed this, but will have to wait for a warning/critical to appear, then will report back at that time.

This was the issue. The "Admin" Authorization level had "Has read-only access" checked and greyed out. Changing to "User" Authorization Level and then unchecking the option, then changing back to "Admin" Authorization level fixed the issue.

I was able to acknowledge a warning as the Admin at this time with no further issues.

Please consider this problem fixed and you may lock this Post.
