I'am using livestatus with Nagvis so he can get information from nagios. it's ok.

I create a new host without using the template and the result is good.
Host Down 2016-01-26 18:56:43 HOST ALERT
Host Down 2016-01-26 18:51:45 HOST ALERT
Host Down 2016-01-26 18:46:46 HOST ALERT
So i can presume that the problem comes from the template. but i'am not seeing it.

The issue seems isolated to hosts using that template only? It looks like you're using XI, and you said you have livestatus as well. What else is this system running? Personally I've never seen this issue before.

As agent smith requested above, what else is running on this system? I don't believe that we can support this further, as there are a lot of other factors in play here.

I'm running Nagvis with mklive-status and that's all. If i apply a Template to many hosts, checks goes wrong when a host is down.

NagiosXI 5.2.3
Nagvis 1.9b4
Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS

Regardless of Livestatus being present, we do not support Ubuntu for XI installs. CentOS or RedHat versions 5 through 7 are all we can guarantee right now.
