Can you please provide solution to this problem? I have to give an update to business team whether they have to buy this product or not?

We'd be delighted to provide a solution, but we need for you to answer the questions we post in order for us to assist you (see previous post from tmcdonald). We have been waiting for you to tell us whether or not you can at least ping the Windows server. Have you run a capture while reproducing, as suggested earlier?
For clarity's sake, can you ping the Windows server from the Nagios XI command line?
If not, then this is a network issue which you'll have to resolve 1st, before proceeding with configuring Nagios XI to monitor this particular machine.
