Can you try to reset your jobs? That handles pushing the configuration files out.

Administration > Command Subsystem > Reset All Jobs

I don't have "Command Subsystem" on the "Administration" (/nagioslogserver/index.php/admin) page.

I can't offer you a free remote support session, but I can advise you that you sign up for a free one hour quickstart. A quickstart is a session where you have an hour with one of our technicians on the phone/remote support session to get you up and running.
