It looks to be lining up fine, (Network Interface(Intel(R) PRO/1000 MT Network Connection)) - I'm failing to see what isn't correlating as it should. Could you provide more information?

Name used by the service: (Network Interface(Intel[R] PRO_1000 MT Network Connection)
- works for the check with server name looking as follows:

Name used in the server: (Network Interface(Intel(R) PRO/1000 MT Network Connection)
- does not work if added to the check
