Yes, I asked about Nagios Core since it is the only open source solution of the Nagios family. Nagios XI has auto-discovery built into it. So far, you've asked only about Nagios Core. Nagios Core is open source free software. Nagios XI is commercial software built around Nagios Core that provides hundreds (if not thousands) of Enterprise level options including auto-discovery, monitoring wizards, built-in graphing and analysis, and tons of other things.
